Nepalese police personnel carry earthquake survivor Pemba Tamang (C) on a stretcher after his rescue from a destroyed hotel building in Kathmandu. Rescuers pulled the 15-year-old boy alive from the rubble, bringing a rare moment of joy to the ruined capital city, five days after the disaster which killed nearly 6,000 people.
